Andy Donaldson is 3x World Record Holder in Ultra Marathon Swimming from Scotland (based in Perth Western Australia). Andy has been training with Formidable to help improve his strength, efficiency and durability in the water and completed 2/7 of the ocean 7 swims. As a previous champion of the Rottnest Channel Swim and the current record holder for the Derwent River Swim Andy has been taking the Open water swimming community by storm and is looking to use his profile to raise money for Black Dog Insitute to help raise money for mental health research and prevention. Fiona Cullinane is an open-water swimmer from Perth Western Australia that is looking to tackle the Oceans 7 to help raise money for the black dog institute. She is already tackled 2 of them and is the Guinness Book of Records Holder for the youngest female to ever complete the North Channel Swim and completed the English Channel in 11 hours. Fiona has had to over come a few challenges along the way with shoulder injuries and other overuse injuries typical to ultra-marathon swimming but with the support of the coaching team at Formidable Strength & Conditioning she has been able to manage and even improve these injuries even while on the road! Rachael joined us after her last Rottnest Channel Swim to rehab her shoulder injury.
